The hotel is under renovation, which meant no water running when we checked in. The bedroom floor is dusty, the bathroom floor leaked. No restaurant. The beach view from the space where we had breakfast was full of garbage. Not enjoyable at all.

I've stayed at several star-rated hotels, including the Hotel Makassar Golden, which offers affordable prices and excellent service. I highly recommend it for anyone planning a vacation in Makassar. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Makassar.

The door access card didn't work three times, making it a hassle. The hot water didn't work. There was only cold water for showering. The bathroom was broken and old and in dire need of renovation.

Overall is good but mine only in the sound quality

Many small worms came out of the tap water. When I tried to fill the bathtub, the water came out with small worms. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the water.

The place is great, the view is amazing. It's like a cottage-style villa, with a view directly from the room to Losari Beach. The only thing is, the beach lights aren't on at night.

Toilet facilities need to be improved, for staff all is good.

For the cottage, it seems like there needs to be improvements to the rooms and the items.

The hotel room was gloomy, the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, there was no phone service.

The toilet is clogged, I have reported it many times, but no action has been taken.

It's always the hotel of choice whenever I visit Makassar due to its strategic location and easy access to everything. The staff are all friendly and responsive.

This hotel is nice, but unfortunately, it's worn out with age. The carpet is worn, the elevator is old. It needs maintenance and a tidy-up here and there. Amenities are incomplete, and the sinks have problems with the water.

This is the umpteenth time I've stayed at this hotel with my family. It's always a pleasure.

Next trip look for another hotel for your trip to Makassar.

The location is really cool with its vibes but the rooms are outdated, the restaurant actually has a good vibe but the menu hasn't changed, the bathroom needs to be renovated, the cottage water is off.

The room is quite good, so it is highly recommended.
