Checked in really late at night, tired and got a room on the 3rd floor. When I entered, the door wouldn't open. Reported to the receptionist, and the room was changed to the 2nd floor. When I entered the room, the door could be opened. The room wasn't cold, the AC was turned on after 10 minutes. The food was okay. The hot water wasn't warm. Everything else was okay 🙏
