Always a fun staycation here, free room upgrade because of birthday, all staff are friendly, kids friendly, kids activities are really cool, make kids feel at home, no deposit, the hotel is clean, the staff are fast, breakfast is delicious, there is iced coffee latte, thank you Mercure, hopefully we can bring the kids back there :)

The room was less comfortable because the TV was problematic (volume was locked/TV sound was very low), plus there was repair work going on in the middle of the night right next to the room which was noisy and disturbing.

It's truly kid-friendly! A day won't be enough if you bring your kids here. Highly recommended for a family vacation. I didn't expect so many games like Timezone, sand, playgrounds, and a kids-friendly swimming pool. I'd love to come back here again!

Disappointed at breakfast. Unexpectedly, the queue was too long and most of the food was already finished.

We stayed at the Mercure Ancol Hotel with our extended family. We booked several rooms to celebrate our parents' 50th wedding anniversary and to accompany our mother-in-law's MAVI reunion here. There are many activities to explore at the hotel, so it was very fun for the kids because they could play a lot and swim here, very satisfied. For the building from the outside it looks old, but when you enter the room, the room is nice and quite spacious, the interior of the hotel is also nice. The environment is also fun, because it is in the Ancol area. So, we were able to walk around, have lunch at Bandar Jakarta, and in the morning we could exercise at the Eco Park which is not far from the hotel. Yesterday's vacation was very fun. Next time, I hope to stay at the Mercure Ancol again. Friendly and maintain consistent service.

Very family & kids friendly. Lots of activities for kids and spacious rooms. I would suggest they fix their mini bar since it's not cold anymore
