Booked a 2-bedroom Deluxe Room, but was given a room in an old building. The carpet was old and not very clean. Check-in took a while. There was no hair dryer in the room, so you had to ask for it from room service. Breakfast was delicious. Stayed for 2 days, and the food variety varied. The swimming pool was good for kids, the water was warm, so they felt at home. The pool and water didn't look very clean, was it due to the green tiles? The security and hotel staff were all friendly. The lobby video showed that the rooms in the new building looked nicer. The hotel is located at ground zero, next to the African Museum, and at a strategic intersection for photos. If I have the chance, God willing, I want to stay at the Savoy Homann again.

I've stayed at the Savoy Homann several times and have been very satisfied. The rooms are clean, the TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, the pool is great, even swimming during the day is no problem. My request for a complimentary birthday cake was prepared by Kak Ayu. The breakfast is satisfying, and the staff are all very helpful. I really enjoy staying here.

Second time staying here… Thank God everything is satisfactory starting from the service when entering the hotel area for parking, to the friendly receptionist as well as the other staff who will greet you when passing by… The room is clean and everything works well.

Overall, I had a memorable stay here for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel is nice, the lobby smells really good when you enter. It's across from Jalan Braga and Alun-alun. The breakfast is delicious. The menu is different every morning. My son also loves staying here. But please pay attention to the children's pool, the water is really cloudy, isn't it? In the end, my son only swam for a short time because the water was too cloudy, so it looked dirty. But overall, everything is good. The staff are very helpful. The staff at the restaurant during breakfast were also all very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back if I go to Bandung again 🤗

The location is near Jalan Braga. It's close to the crowds, but you can sleep soundly because it's quiet. The food is also delicious. My room, however, had a view of a wall. The bathroom wasn't very clean, but after I informed the hotel staff, they immediately cleaned it.

The hotel staff is friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel for a decades-old building is quite good, the location is strategic, just a walk to Braga Street, next to the hotel there are street vendors selling food at night, to fill up during dinner cheaply. My husband tried coffee at the Batavia Cafe, it was quite affordable, 2 coffees and 2 breads cost 200 thousand ++ with a pretty good taste. The breakfast menu is standard, 2 choices of rice and 5 various side dishes, there are various porridges, breads and mini cakes, fruits, but the salad choices are limited, overall it's okay. Got the price of 1 million per night, in an executive room at 334, the room is quite spacious and okay. Extra bed includes breakfast = 500 thousand. The room has a balcony with a view of Jalan Asia Afrika, so if you sleep it's quite noisy with the sound of vehicles, it's a bit disturbing to be woken up in the middle of the night by super loud motorcycle exhausts. But for hanging out at night looking at Jalan Asia Afrika is really fun, free entertainment.
