The room was clean, comfortable and functional for a short stay. It was well located. Great shower, air conditioning worked well. Check in was smooth and easy, despite arriving in the middle of the night.

Check in a nightmare, email sent to say another email will be sent to complete an online check in,also room entrance code no staff after 16.00. This was never sent even after numerous messages. Even Expedia got in touch with them to send details, didn’t arrive until afternoon of arrival, even then online check in never was sent Very basic rooms, but clean. Sagrada only 15 mins walk away. Will not return

Great location! Small and basic but perfect for an easy night or 2 in Barcelona. Clean bed, clean bathroom, clean towels what more can you ask for? Great location, 15-40 min(max) walk towards most sight seeing. 25 min drive from airport and 25 drive to cruise port. Lovely reception staff and door staff, self check in was really easy. Only thing I would say is a lack of kettle / tea coffee for a hot beverage in the morning. Would recommend for location and value for money.

I really liked how accessible it was to everything in Barcelona

The economy room does not have any natural light (the window faces a wall and the blinds are permanently closed). Lots of the advertising pictures include balconies, long windows, etc so I felt this was misleading to not have any real window at all. The room was clean but basic. Power kept tripping one night, meaning we were without a/c and power sporadically.

The hotel was a great budget choice. We opted for the room without a window, but it was just fine since we only stayed two nights! The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The check-in process was a little difficult since we came in when there was no one at reception, but generally they can be recheable even outside of those hours via messaging.

WiFi could be better, but very nice location, clean room, helpful staff.

Clean and convenient. I was traveling with my teenage daughter, and we felt safe and comfortable here. Very walkable and close to several restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage until check in

Place was hard to spot initially but once we found it check in was smooth. We weren’t able to get an earlier check in than 2pm, so don’t bet on that when booking with this place. AC barely worked so that was a big downfall, we spent the night at the airport instead of an extra night here because it wasn’t worth it.

Honestly, awful experience no windows, complete fake photos on. booking site. The man on the phone to help let us in was really rude, and almost didn’t care that we couldn’t get into the room. Please don’t stay here

Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Hotel was in close proximity to public transportation.

Good location - tricky getting in need better instructions/signage for entry. Doorbell does not ring the front desk inside the building. Once in the lobby we had trouble locating the hotel on the PS floor.

Perfect stay! Quiet, comfortable, and close to everything I needed.

Bijoux spotless room with en-suite and small fridge. Don’t be alarmed or put off by entering details. Ideal location and base for getting around Barcelona.
