The room was lovely and spacious and clean, had everything you needed. The bed was super comfy with lovely soft bedding. The bathroom was amazing, lovely big space with both a walk in shower and roll top bath. The bath takes a long time to fill but it’s absolutely worth it. The host was so friendly and attentive, went absolutely above and beyond and catered to my dairy allergy. Would not hesitate to rebook if I return to the area in future

Absolutely everything was exceptional. Harmony house is a place where I will go again if coming back to UK. I recommend it to every one going to York. Definitively a must.

What a stunning house! Tasteful and elegant decor throughout with homely features. Adele is the perfect host; attentive yet not overbearing and nothing was too much trouble. What a delightful stay in The beautiful Harmony House. Such a lovely, warm welcome from Adele and a very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished room. We had a fabulous stay.

Adele was the perfect host. This quaint B & B is very well presented. We stayed in the Great Burnett room which was beautifully decorated. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay outside of York this is the place for you. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Adele is the perfect host, very welcoming and helpful in recommending local attractions & restaurants. It’s the second time we visited in the space of a year. This time we stayed in the Cornflower room, which was equally as beautiful as the Poppy room. Without doubt we’ll only stay there in the future, as our stays have been faultless

Excellent base for exploring with a great host. Harmony House is a lovely property overlooking the green next to the local church, very peaceful. Poppy room was spacious and comfortable. Adele's breakfasts were excellent and she was able to give us advice on local restaurants. Stay here!

A most lovely location in a proper Yorkshire village. A great location from which to explore the rest of the area. I shall definitely return!
