Spotless room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Middle of the City. Great staff and onsite parking.

Beautifully clean and quiet room (308). Over-view of the carpark, friendly staff, nice drink choice and breakfast was 10/10. Would recommend and will stay again.

Put the heating on in the rooms as standard, need to have running hot water for a shower, sort these 2 issues out and our 2 night stay in December would of been ok

Room was clean and warm very comfortable only one small complaint could not have a coffee with my whisky at the bar at 9.15 Sunday evening as they had cleaned the coffee machine so went to the pub over the road for whisky and coffee other wise enjoyed our stay again.

Parking a back of hotel, pleasant staff, nice size room, lovely and warm,good bathroom, good decor, nice bed,good shower ,excellent quality breakfast.

When arriving at the hotel we were asked for ID unfortunately i don't drive so no driving licence and i didnt have my passport with me as i didnt think id need it seeing i was in the uk. The only thing i had on me with a photo was my bus pass but iwas told this was unacceptable and we weren't allowed to check in
