The bad 1) Reception never responded to my request for a pick-up before arrival 2) Room's carpet had blood stains on it 3) Room smelled like a sewer when I first entered 4) Breakfast food is horrendous. Staff are rude. They stand around and giggle, no customer service. 5) pool area needs a lot of remodelling. also needs staff available to service guests. The good 1) Location 2) Laundry/pressing staff are very nice

There was a fire on my floor. No one alerted me. If I did not wake up from all of the coughing, I probably would have died from smoke halation. There were no alarms. I had to go down seven flights of stairs. They did absolutely nothing to try to compensate me for the experience. I did not receive any apologies. I would not stay here again.

Upon arrival the hotel told us that they stopped working together with Hotel.com years ago. Our booking and payment wouldn't be worth anything. We could stay, but would have to pay again! Only after endless discussions with the reception manager he agreed when we checked out to look after the issue himself. We got away without any double payment, but what an experience and waste of time!

ウズベキスタン旅行の最終日に利用したが、部屋が広くて清潔、とても過ごしやすかった

Location is good. Swimming pool is good. Breakfast is normal than low level. Bed condition is good. Sauna facilities are good. But air conditioner not make cooling only it make temperature warm.

객실 내 샤워실에서 하수 냄새가 심하게 올라 옵니다. 시설은 좀 낡았지만 방의 면적이 넓어서 좋았어요. 직원들은 친절합니다.

Uno dei migliori nel panorama di Tashkent, camere grandi e quasi recenti. Ottimo wifi in tutto l'albergo (anche in camera) e altrettanto super ristorante con grande veduta dalla terrazza dell'ultimo piano. Molto buona anche la Spa con sauna e jacuzzi, peccato manchi la piscina. A 20 metri vi si trova un piccolo Centro commerciale con annesso supermercato.

.... für einen Businessaufenthalt, d.h. wifi funktioniert und ist kostenlos, wenn auch langsam. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit (2 Uhr nachts den öffentlichen Drucker anwerfen und ausreichend Papier besorgen, kein Problem). Frühstück kann man noch verbessern. Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Alles in allem OK.

En fint och bekvämt hotell. Problemet är att det strular med internet rätt ofta. Stora rum och även stora allmänna ytor. I korridorerna är det dock för lågt i tak, så även genom dörrarna mellan korridorerna. Jag är 195 cm lång och slår i takbjälkarna i rummet framför hissarna.

街の中心部から少し南にあります。 どこへ行っても 無線ランは全部屋で使用できるようになっていますが、 ６階に宿泊したところ電波はかなり微弱。 ２階に宿泊した人は、よい状態だったそうです。 仕方なく、パソコンを持ってロビーに行き、作業をするハメになりました。 ボーイさんがかなり融通がきき、おいしい店や、現地の人しかいかない店、レートのいい両替などなど。

想像以上に良かった、快適だったというのが感想です。 部屋の無線ＬＡＮはちょっと弱かったですが、有線を借りることができましたし、ロビーでは無線ＬＡＮを利用することができました。 食事もおいしかったです。 なにより、従業員のサービス（公にはできない部分…）が良かった点が最も印象に残っています。 タクシー移動だったのですが、ホテル名だけで理解してもらえるのは、当然ですが、ありがたいですね。 また、タシケントに行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。
