Where do I start. Location is so perfect. It’s right beside Anfield, and a 20-min bus ride to the city centre. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, they have a pub downstairs, and the LFC murals are just so close by. The most important part was their staff. It’s a family-run inn, and everyone made me feel like I’m part of their family. I’m really hoping to make this a new annual tradition to stay there, watch the match at Anfield, and create more memories with them. Thank you again to Norm, Suzanne, Maria, Collin, and everyone who was there who made me feel like it was my home away from home.

Suzanne, Susie and Colin made this experience something unforgettable. Pictures can’t even begin to capture the LFC magic that this awesome guest house offers. The warmest welcome from Suzanne when you arrive, delicious English breakfast and morning chats with Susie and great after game late night conversations with Colin. The pub being filled with locals after a win is EXHILARATING. Getting to watch the players come and go before and after the match. The entire experience is full of vibrations unmatched. THIS is the place you want to stay if you are coming to Liverpool. True LFC fans will arrive with tears *as my boyfriend did* when they see all the murals on every street corner as you walk down Anfield Road. THIS is the place you want to engulf yourself in if you’re coming to watch the LFC at Anfield Stadium. Great environment, great people, great experience. Thank you to the three who made our stay something to never be forgotten! Will definitely be back.

The soccer suite,I would highly recommend if you are a Liverpool fan, as the stadium is literally 250yrds away , suzzanne was very pleasant, friendly and very informative about buses ,were to go if visiting parts of Liverpool, Breakfast was brilliant, you could have a cooked breakfast, toast or cereal, there is tea and coffee in the rooms , and as I said the whole of the property was dripping with Liverpool posters of players past and present along with managers . Couldn't fault it . 5 stars.

Staying here was honestly one of the highlights of my trip to Anfield. I came for the football, but this place made the entire experience so much more special. First of all, Suzy, who runs the place, is absolutely wonderful. She’s warm, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating—one of those hosts who genuinely cares that you have a great stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The property itself is cozy and homely, with a really unique charm. If you’re a Liverpool fan, you’ll appreciate it even more—the entire place is decorated with LFC memorabilia, including some rare and limited-edition pieces. It feels less like accommodation and more like a mini fan sanctuary. One of the standout touches is the bar, which opens on match days. It adds to the whole matchday atmosphere and makes the experience feel even more immersive. On top of that, they offer complimentary breakfast with bread, juice, and cereals—simple, but very thoughtful and more than enough to start your day. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with all the basic necessities, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was clean, practical, and just easy. Location-wise, you really can’t beat it—being right next to the stadium is a huge plus, especially on match day. Overall, this place is a gem, especially for Liverpool fans who want something more than just a place to sleep. It’s an experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Ideal place to stay when going to Anfield!

So this is a wierd property to rate. It is a no thrills almost air b n b with an awesome location and kick ass bar. Staff was awesome and super informative about Liverpool. If your looking for a place to crash and catch lfc book it, but if you are looking for a super nice hotel with features go somewhere else. Would definitely go back.

Room space is small and basic. But we were there to catch our first Liverpool match and we want to be part of the match day experience as much as we could. Definitely surreal staying a stone throw away to Anfield Stadium, pre match day and match day experience was fantastic, we could comfortably walk out, grab some food, soak up the atmosphere and welcome the players’ coach in front of the property along the road. A breeze to get back after match too. Only problem was to find parking as we drove there, but Suzi quickly found a solution for us. Great place to stay if you are there for a match.

Was perfect for the weekend

If you are a football supporter, in particular the Liverpool Football Club, then this is the place for you. Within 200 metres walking distance of the famous Anfield Stadium this is your Nirvana! From the friendly staff who are always helpful, to warm, cleanly kept rooms and bar facilities adorned with football photos and other memorabilia. You will absolutely love this establishment. A wholesome breakfast is provided, should you require it. You are within walking distance of bus stops and taxi ranks. The local neighbourhood has lots to offer in the way of football history with the famous terrace house murals, Anfield Stadium tours, game day events, merchandise shop, Stanley Park, as well as the former Goodison Park stadium a short walk away. Other famous attractions are a stone’s throw away by bus or taxi. On my recent stay I visited all of the above as well as taking in the famous Liver building tour, the historic “Cavern Club” where the Beatles first performed, and one of the most well known Ferry rides in the world across the Mersey River. If this sounds like you? Then the “The Soccer Suite” is where you will feel right at home.

From the moment we arrived, Suzanne and her staff went far beyond the extra mile to make our trip a magical and memorable experience. The place is spotless – rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable – and you couldn’t ask for a better location, just a stone’s throw from Anfield Stadium. This place is a real hidden gem and an absolute credit to Suzanne and her team. Everything was outstanding from start to finish. I’ll definitely be recommending it to anyone heading to Liverpool, and we won’t look past staying here again on our next trip. An absolute delight!
