Fantastic staff, stunning room and beautiful area. Cannot fault it- very dog friendly and we hope to return!

Staff very friendly

A great two day stay in Kent, mainly to go for a tour on the Balfour Winery. A nice and cosy inn in the English country side, just as it says on the tin. We will be back for more exploring in the future I am sure.

We stayed in the suite and had no hot water and no heating. Manager had left and staff unable to help. Was told we had to shower in a different room then lied that they had sent maintenance. Hotel refused refund and lied.

We loved the room it was brilliant clean and welcoming fantastic food and the staff were excellent, friendly and knowledge
