Room was nice and comfy, spacious and a great shower. Bar/restaurant closed due to refurbishment which was a shame. Staff were very nice and attentive. Would recommend

Positives- Staff were very friendly, food was good, room was clean- but dated. Nagatives, when I booked I got a message to say the hotel was being "redecorated" to me that is paint/wallpaper maybe a carpet.etc... reality is, the floors were being dug/drilled this is redevelopent, not redecorate. - I checked in at 5:30pm and asked how long the noise would be going on for, as it was loud... 8pm I was told, which I think is too late, however, it carried on until 9:20pm! If this level of work is being done, I would consider closing for the night. Then at 11:45pm I was woken by the hotel owners large German Shepherd barking, then again at 6:45am the following day! Final night, the dog was barking after 11pm again. The shower can't decide if its hot or cold. Considering the price I paid, I would not stay again, I don't like to give negative reviews, but I think people need to understand what you get for the £. To give perspective, it was more to stay here than Hotel Du Vin and Malmaison in Birmingham- which came up on my search, however, I needed to be closer to Wolverhampton.

Stayed for one night for a match at Molineux. Staff were brilliant, very friendly, great pre match food and top class breakfast.

Absolutely wonderful, great location (near enough to town but in a quiet road opposite the park), easy parking, wonderful friendly staff. Room was large, clean and well appointed, WiFi good. We didn't do breakfast but used the restaurant which was very good, great choice and amazing food. Would thoroughly recommend it and would certainly use it again if back in Wolverhampton

The room was nice but the shower didn't work (was advised to leave on handheld as the jets were broken but couldn't work out how to do it). Also booked an executive king room and had a double bed. But staff very friendly and good breakfast.

Lovely staff, delicious breakfast, also good food in the restaurant for dinner, rooms clean, on site parking, under 15 min walk to the university concert venue, would defo stay again if in the area.

Hotel reception & welcome great both on check in/ out & at breakfast , cleanliness brilliant but for us outdated style & room cluttered with oversized furniture even though we’d been upgraded so compared with what you get from Premier inn was disappointing . Breakfast good choice & excellent quality & service friendly . Dog barking during the night & heard conversations in other rooms which was a bit frustrating as we needed rest
