The service at this hotel is quite normal and doesn’t match the standard of branded hotels like Siddhartha. It’s not really worth the price they charge. Guests often need to redial or remind the staff multiple times for basic requirements. Overall, the experience wasn’t very impressive considering the cost. There are better hotel options available nearby that provide more value for money.

My room was dirty and had ants in it. They switched me to another room and it had ants in the bed too. (Not bed bugs, ants.) the towels were not nice. The bathroom was small. I can’t believe they charge so much money for this hotel.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location next to the Karnali River Bridge. Staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed delicious dinners while gazing at the beautiful Karnali River.
