Ini hotel bintang 5 tapi berasa stay di bintang 3 malah jauh lebih baik dari bintang 3 mungkin. Pertama dari pelayanan selama saya berkali2 ke bali baru ini saya merasakan berbeda pelayanan antara wni dan wna. Ke wna wah senyum tiada henti dan penjelasan lebih detail. Dari security penyambutan pun saat saya berhenti di lobby merasa aneh mungkin ya orang seperti saya bisa stay disana ga ada sama sekali menjelaskan parkiran atau tanya gt saya mau stay atau gimana bayangkan boro2 bantu angkat barang. Kedua dari resepsionis yang melayani saya mungkin baru jadi apa2 tanya ke headnya dan head inilah yang sedang melayani bule dan saat bule ini selesai tidak ada tuh sapa saya malah melirik saya tajam untuk angkat telp saja dia tidak mau dan membiarkan si mbanya yg melayani saya suruh angkat telp jadi berapa lama saya diresepsionis dengan mba yang tidak bisa membuat keputusan dan headnya yang begitu adanya. Ketiga saya sudah info kalau saya membawa anak kecil usia 2 tahun dan lucunya kamar saya diberikan diujung dan jauh🥲 keempat gongnya hotel bintang 5 untuk sarapan tidak ada variasi hanya ada roti, salad, makanan berat yang nasi goreng dan lauknya, bubur, telur pancake waffle dan soto just it untuk rasa sama sekali tidak enak sampai anak saya pun memilih besoknya untuk tidak sarapan karna lebih memilih makan diluar haha dan hati2 sm yg bagian telur masnya ga akan sapa kita duluan kecuali kita yg minta hehe beda sama bule kalo bule di akan tanya mau apa haha baru kali ini tinggal dibintang 5 berasa dibintang 1 jadi sekian dan terimakasih saya tidak akan kembali ke hotel kalian. Oh dia ada plusnya 1 mas2 yg bantu bawa koper ke kamar dia lebih baik menjelaskan dan memberikan pelayanan yg diinginkan.

Breakfast wasn't very varied and the taste wasn't great. However, the room was clean and the service was good.

It's just okay for a hotel of this class, there are still many things that need to be improved, the only thing that's a bit pricey is the additional deposit of up to 1.4 million.

The place so beautifully clean and the room has plenty of space, gym was good, swimming pool and the spa gorgeous. The staff so friendly and lots of smiley faces too 😍🫶 we have had a great time stay with TS suits, we will be back for our next holiday for sure 🙏 thank you 🙏

I prefer hotels with later checkout, and this one’s policy is check-in at 4 pm and checkout at 2 pm. That’s great if you have a late flight. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the staff are warm and helpful!
