First time staying. Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation.

4 days 3 nights stay here, happy and satisfied, staff are friendly, food changes every day and is quite varied, room is clean and comfortable.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, clean, and fully equipped, with everything from air conditioning and TV to hot water working perfectly. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The front desk was prompt and friendly, making guests feel appreciated. The location is also close to the city center, making travel convenient. I will definitely return if I have the opportunity.

Cool and the room is nice, only yesterday the access was being repaired, the lobby will be bigger later.

The hotel staff was friendly and smiling. The amenities provided were also commensurate, but unfortunately, renovations were underway, so not all facilities were available. The room was clean and quite large. The bathroom was also spotless.

It was a great hotel and very clean and very tidy. Definitely if I go on a holiday again to Indonesia, I’ll book this hotel definitely.

A pretty good hotel, but it's a shame the staff are so rude and unhelpful. It's also under renovation.

The friendliness and speed of check-in made me want to come back and stay again if I have business in Malang, even though I have my own house in Malang.

Check-in and check-out are fast, special requests are well responded to.

Last weekend, my family and I attended a relative's wedding event which happened to be at the Atria Hotel Malang. We deliberately chose the same place to stay as the event venue. We were from Solo, and just arrived in Malang to check in at around 03.00 in the morning. Alhamdulillah, the receptionist service was very good & friendly & the process was fast. Our request when booking the hotel (a room near the lift & mountain view) was also fulfilled. Then because the check out time was supposed to be at 12.00, we tried to ask if there was a time dispensation considering that we were still joining the wedding event & needed time to pack our belongings, we were surprised again because the hotel gave us an extension of time to check out until 13.00. Very satisfied with the service provided. In addition, the menus provided at the wedding from the start of the ceremony to the reception were all delicious ..... with the layout and the hotel team providing the best service ... really the best ... Will stay again at the Atria Hotel Malang if we visit this city again ..

The check-in process was made easy, I arrived at 12.30 and after going to the reception was immediately allowed to enter the room, only the room walls were not soundproof, until 2 am I could still hear my neighbors chatting.

The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, central location.

I only stay 1 night for business trip. I always love atria hotels. the last time i visit atria Malang was before covid. the lobby is still under renovation but my room in top floor is already having new and modern interior. all staff are very friendly. breakfast is ok although not as great as it used to be before covid. location is very ideal close to city center and toll road. overall I love Atria Malang hotel.
