While staying overnight during a rainy day, there was a leak in the wall near the window, and the solution wasn't ideal. After asking if they could move rooms, they checked the new room first to see if there was a leak.

This is the second time staying here, close to the city center, food and coffee, the room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is clean, hot water works, can get a connecting door room as desired, the best choice for staying in Malang, only the parking area must be careful because there are many poles.

The facilities are okay, the rooms are also comfortable for a fairly cheap price, but if you bring a car, you have to be extra careful, because the parking area in the basement is quite narrow.

This was my first and last time staying here. The room wasn't soundproof and smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking area. I had a baby with me, and the room next door was incredibly noisy: men screaming, women laughing loudly, and people pushing tables. The door slammed shut. It was incredibly disturbing. If you're bringing a baby or staying in a kid-friendly hotel, I recommend staying here. I deeply regret moving from my previous hotel, even though it was only a few hundred thousand rupiah different in terms of room, amenities, and comfort.
