Comfortable, cool room, friendly staff. Bathroom drainage needs to be improved. Main course menu variety could be improved, but taste was fine. Overall, it was okay. I'll definitely return sometime.

The hotel staff was friendly, but check-out took a while because there was only one person at the front desk. If I checked out without returning the room key, I would be charged Rp 50,000. My breakfast arrived at 9:30, and almost all the food was gone, and what was left was not very tasty. The only free drink was juice, not alcoholic as promised. The room was not soundproof; I was on the second floor and could hear the noise from the lobby. Most of the guests were locals, and they were incredibly noisy. Children running around and screaming were ignored. Parents were also noisy, calling out to people from morning until late at night. Not recommended and won't go back.

The price is quite cheap for a hotel with a distance of about 500 meters to Kuta Beach, which is accessible on foot.

The hotel staff were very friendly and smiling. Guests were allowed to feed the koi. Tip: Don't forget to feed the fish, staff! The bigger the fish, the more they eat. Thank you, it was a great experience.

It's quite kid-friendly. It's close to the surrounding nightlife. Sometimes, getting around can be a bit congested. But the hotel is very comfortable. What I remember most about yesterday was the friendliness of one of the receptionists. We checked in at 1:30 PM, but we were already allowed into our room. This was due to my child's condition being a bit under the weather. I'm very grateful for the receptionist's generosity.

Affordable price but with a 5-star feel, it's worth it. I regret staying at my previous hotel, which was a 4-star hotel.

The security and front office are the friendliest. For the restaurant and pool crew improvements, of course.

When I go to Bali, I always stay here, I'm familiar with the security there, it's fun.
