Everything's perfect except the water heater. They don't have hot water in the toilet, so sad.

Very clean and tidy for a budget hotel

The staff was unfriendly. When I checked out and was already at the reception desk, she was still playing on her phone without saying anything. Likewise, when I asked to move rooms because many things were broken, the receptionist seemed to respond with an unpleasant look. The AC in the room leaked, making the bed wet, the hairdryer didn't work, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool.

The staff was a bit curt when speaking. The AC in the room wasn't cold, but luckily there was a fan.
