Very comfortable hotel. Every time I come, I will stay here. The best thing is the fast shower. However, this time the wifi connection is quite bad.

Firstly, parking is very easy. Just in front of the hotel. No need to walk far. Just enter the hotel, it feels like in KL. There is a cafe for coffee and there is also a cafe for food. The smell is just wonderful. The pool is clean and beautiful. A rare attraction in a hotel is a play therapy room for children, free of charge. There are also many restaurants in front of the hotel. Just choose whichever one you like.

friendly staff. gave cookies and chocolate to my daughter as a welcome gift. spacious room. shower is also good. iron in the room. Entrance to enter the main hotel gate is a little confusing. maybe they can add a signboard like that when u-turning. If it's from the main road, you can't enter because there is no entry, just go out. but overall a nice staycation for a night 😍

A Wonderful Stay at Raia Hotel Alor Setar! I had a great experience at Raia Hotel Alor Setar. The staff were efficient and very friendly, making check-in and assistance smooth and pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable, with strong water pressure in the shower — a big plus! TV channels were clear, and everything worked perfectly. Parking was easy and convenient. I especially enjoyed the breakfast — delicious and with a good variety. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

Chose the hotel because it is near airport and provide airport transfer. Room very basic and not soundproof. Other amenities like bath gel and tooth brush were provided. However only provided bath towel and one floor towel. Shower door did not close properly so floor gets very wet after shower. Will stay again due to location and accessibility.
