Stayed for 2 nights on business… comfortable, pleasant, and easy to access. However, please double-check the cleanliness of the bed (sheets).

I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Overall, it was okay, except the AC wasn't working well during the day, probably because Palembang's weather is so hot.

The room was clean and comfortable. The AC was cold. The shower was top-notch. There was a smart TV for the kids' entertainment. The bed cover, however, had a few stains.

Stayed 2 days then added 2 more days, satisfactory service, close to Alfa and Indomaret, delicious food, clean rooms, can check in at 1:30 pm, top, next time I go to Palembang I will stay here again
