When staying at this hotel we had an unpleasant experience, the condition of the room we got was very far from comfortable, the room smelled bad, especially in the toilet, maybe because the exhaust fan was broken, so the toilet smelled very bad, not only that, the condition of the room door was broken and could not be locked from the inside, because of this condition we asked to change rooms but when we asked the frontliner they said the other room was full even though it was still 3 pm, it seemed like there were not too many guests, and at that time the staff argued that they would clean our room again, we returned to the room we got, you wait no one at all came finally my husband complained again about the room problem, when we complained again we found something less good because the frontliner staff served us while eating and when we complained about the unlocked room key the technical staff argued that the important thing was that the door would not open if it was not tapped with a key, but for us who stayed for 3 days and two nights, security in the room was very important, finally after we said we had experienced an unpleasant condition It was nice where other guests could open our room door, finally they were willing to change our room, and it turned out that the other room was still ready, not full as the frontliner had previously told us, I hope that in the future it can be improved so that no more consumers experience the same thing as me.
