I would like to give my credit to one of the staff at Le Meridien, Aminor, for his dedication and great customer service during my stay. All staff have demonstrated their excellent hospitality, and everyone greets guests with big, warm smiles. Been here twice and will come back for more next time.

The room is clean and serviced regularly. However, I had better breakfast choice on my trip before.

It was 2.5 years later that I returned to Kuala Lumpur and did make my booking with Le Meridien Hotel, Kuala Lumpur sentral. One of the best places to stay in Kuala Lumpur, for me in the last decade. Glad I made the reservations and enjoyed the hospitality being offered.

The receptionist was very helpful and polite. Mr Dinesh. My anxiety about having breakfast in crowded area was promptly attended by him that room service breakfast was available. And the breakfast was top class. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable

Aircond was not cold throughout my stay. Had complaint at reception but no improvement. Has set to maximum speed and lowest temperature but still not cold. I had to lay at the edge of the bed to feel the cold air.Breakfast was so-so. Nothing great. Should have stayed at hotel next door. Totally regret it

Took us some time to check in as it was quite packed on the day we came. The room was rather clean. Noted a stain on our side table. The staff were friendly and overall it was a good experience for us.

Great stay, bedroom was simple but nice. Swimming pool is good, breakfast although not buffet style, still great, served according to set with variety of choices. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming
