The hotel is cool and comfortable for a staycation with your partner and family, great

The place is very comfortable, especially if you bring your kids here, you will be very satisfied playing here, the food is all delicious, basically it's really good, at night you are confused about what to eat, just walk 90m and you will get to Bakmi Bakar Kota, it's close to everywhere.

My recent stay at The Jayakarta SP Jakarta was truly delightful, offering a comfortable and satisfying experience. The room itself was excellent – spacious, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing ambiance after a day out. So much so, that I decided to extend my stay for an additional night! What truly stood out was the in-room dining service. I ordered the chicken fried rice, fried banana, and french fries, and I must say, every single dish was absolutely great! It's a testament to the quality of their culinary offerings, even when enjoyed in the comfort of my room. The hospitality of the staff was also exceptional, with everyone doing a great job to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, The Jayakarta SP Jakarta provided a fantastic experience, from the comfortable accommodations to the superb in-room dining, which led me to happily extend my stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Jakarta.

Maybe because it's an old hotel and trying to "rise", so there are many things that are reduced for efficiency. I'm a bit uncomfortable with the parking facilities. The parking area tends to be dark and (feels) spooky. In addition, with the location in an area that is known to be quite dangerous, the security in the parking lot is very minimal. There is only 1 parking attendant at the ticket section. In the parking area there are also many vehicles that may have been there for years until they are very dusty, the dust in the parking area also looks like it has never been cleaned. The carpets in the room and hallway areas also feel like they have never been washed.

Honest Review! At first I was a bit hesitant to stay here, but because I wanted a staycation and was curious about this hotel, I finally tried booking it while traveling to Petak Enam and Kota Tua. When I entered the lobby, it turned out that the lobby was cool and the original classic vintage feel was immediately felt, because I like old classic vintage hotels the most. Booked a Deluxe type, initially I was given a room on the 9th floor which had a slightly updated room model but I didn't like it and the view was not very wide towards the LTC building. Finally I asked for a room with a classic atmosphere and was finally helped to get a room on the 18th floor number 1803. It turned out that the classic vintage room was good according to my taste, brighter than the 9th floor, and the view was cool, looking at the sea 👏 because the room was higher than the LTC building 👍 the hot water was very smooth, you can use it to relax in the bathtub, the wifi was also very smooth, and the AC was very cold at night even though it was an old central AC. the sheets and blankets in the room were also clean. the room didn't smell of dust in my opinion. the swimming pool is quite clean although a bit unfriendly for those who can't swim. around the hotel there are many food stalls. Suggestions: please replace the carpet in the hallway to the room because some of them seem to have leaks, please add hallway lights to eliminate the spooky impression, the plugs in the room are lacking and a bit hidden, maybe they can be added to make it easier for guests, please add TV channels for a 4-star hotel class which is quite luxurious in my opinion lacks channels because it is only local, hot water at certain hours is not hot enough for soaking, please fix it (only in the afternoon when the heat can be maximized). Info for readers: information from the officer all rooms in this hotel have bathtubs, except for those on the 15th floor which only use showers. Check in took so long... I arrived at 13.30 and only checked in at 14.30

When checking in, the sheets were dirty, the room was connected to another room, I asked for a full change... the parking lot was very far to the hotel, the room door was difficult to lock

Check-in/out time is fast. The staff is friendly. The AC is not cold enough. The swimming pool is being renovated, so I failed to swim. A 4-star hotel with the price I got, it's really worth it. The hallway in front of the bathroom has dripping water, it's quite muddy. Overall it's okay
