the check in process was bad, it took me around 45 minutes waiting until it's ready. But the reception lady was quite calming and give us a good room. besides the check in process, everything went well in Ritz.

The room is very spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, the location is also strategic, in short, it is highly recommended for family vacations or business trips.

This is my second stay at Ritz Mega Kuningan. Nothing changes for the hospitality. There are some changes in the amenities brand, but it still tastes good.

At breakfast, the food served was very plentiful and all of it was appetizing, plus the friendly service from the elderly👍 was very impressive.

9.5/10 ✅️✅️ Took a vacation and then stayed here with my family.. It was a really wonderful experience! The room was very comfortable and spacious, the staff was super friendly.. And we tried the in-room dining menu, then the breakfast buffet at Asia Restaurant, & lunch at Lobo Restaurant.. Everything was super delicious, nothing was a failure. But I think the grill was the best, ordered the grilled lamb chop right in the room & the grilled tomahawk at Lobo.. the meat was really really delicious, super recommended!💯

The service from the beginning until I left was super okay, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, there were many benefits and additional facilities. But one thing that was unfortunate, when I was having breakfast at the Asia restaurant, I was walking and choosing food and behind me was a female staff wearing a navy suit, when I turned to the food stall she reflexively clicked "tsk" as if I was blocking her way, I also didn't know she was behind me and after that she saw me but immediately continued walking without saying sorry until when I returned with my family from breakfast, she was there with another waitress but she didn't greet me at all. Even though I was really amazed by the friendliness of the other staff, but because of that one incident that made me quite offended, my assessment of this hotel's service was reduced. I hope that in the future all staff can be briefed better.

All the staff are very friendly, making us want to come back again, not to mention the comfortable hotel makes the kids addicted, thank you to Ms. Melany who upgraded our room for my son's birthday, it's really cool, really cool

The staff service was excellent. However, the rooms, although spacious, were too simple and lacked aesthetics.

It costs around 2 million rupiah, but you get three delicious meals, which is pretty cheap. It's cool. The service is great.
