The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant. My only suggestion is to pay more attention to the grass in the entire garden so that the grass in the garden is more well-maintained like when the hotel was first built. Because when I took photos and stepped on the grass, there were sharp grass seeds that stuck to my clothes and hit my feet, so it looked like I was stabbed.

The view is great, but the breakfast is incomplete and the taste is just so-so. For children 5 years and above, breakfast costs 80,000 Rupiah.

For a very pleasant stay, a large garden, a clean pool, a beautiful and clean environment, you can interact with alpacas and shound the sheep, the only thing that needs to be considered is the changing room/bathroom near the swimming pool because it is not very clean and not very comfortable.

Don't make it difficult for guests who order food or snacks online because this hotel does not provide a minimarket. Stayed here during Eid holiday, my family, my husband and 3 children, two of whom are adults and one is still small. We took 2 superior cottage rooms. The rooms are quite spacious, the hot water runs smoothly. The breakfast is quite varied, only they are very calculating about the number of guests who get free breakfast. My small child had to pay an additional 100 thousand for breakfast, while we booked 2 rooms which were quite expensive because of the Eid atmosphere. But it's okay.
