Comfortable, nice view, cool, breakfast on time

The hotel is surprisingly old. The rooms are far from the lobby and up steep stairs (far from safe) and dangerous in rainy conditions due to the outdoor stairs and poor lighting at night. The room interiors are dated.

The staff is very friendly. They also provide free snacks in the room. The deluxe room is very spacious and airy. The bathroom is also very clean and modern. The view of Mount Panderman is on the second floor, but there is no balcony. If you want a balcony, request one on the first floor, but there is no mountain view.

The best, check in without being late, only the room request was not suitable, asked for a lower room because it was elderly. But overall good vibe

In essence, our family felt a truly fresh holiday with the facilities and a calm, fresh atmosphere and cool air at the Inna Tretes Hotel.

As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a spacious and airy lobby with plenty of sofas, allowing us to relax and wait for check-in. Unfortunately, we were given a room upstairs with lots of stairs. OMG...my whole body felt exhausted from having to climb up and down. I think that's enough...

Apart from the atmosphere, I am happy with the friendliness of the staff, and the clean environment.

Hotel staff and service are good

It's a very pleasant place, highly recommended. It might need a dedicated staff member in the mornings and evenings, as the area is a bit disturbed by the troop of wild monkeys.
