I booked via the app and chose a Standard Room (non-AC) with breakfast included for May 17-18, 2026, for 345,000 Rupiah. The weather is hot this month, very muggy, and I thought Tretes would be cold, so I didn't choose the AC option. -On Sunday, during check-in, the receptionist informed us that we could be upgraded to a Superior Room with a King Bed at NO ADDITIONAL COST (even though I had booked a Standard Room with a Twin Bed, non-AC). Oh my God, we were so grateful to have been blessed with a spacious room, a refrigerator, a bathtub, and AC, which turned out to be very useful because the weather in Tretes when we arrived wasn't too cold (in our opinion), but not as hot as Sidoarjo either. - I had no problem with the elevator-free access because Inna isn't a typical high-rise hotel. In fact, we found this to be the attraction: it wasn't boring, spacious, and had lots of trees. -The room was clean, no musty odor, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, two towels smelled good, the bathroom was clean, the hot water was on anytime, but I prefer cold showers. They came with a free toothbrush, toothpaste, and a shower cap. -Breakfast on Monday morning after swimming, I initially chose the Rawon menu, but it was empty, so I switched to Soto Ayam, and my husband got fried rice. The Soto soup and rice were served separately. I thought the Soto was delicious, with plenty of sliced chicken, and I got a boiled egg. The fried rice was also delicious, according to my husband. The portions were filling. It was great. Since it was a weekday, there wasn't a buffet menu (buffet-style), but we were given a menu to choose from. If I remember correctly, there were 8 main courses. Bread and fruit were automatically included. Drinks were offered coffee and tea, and I asked if they had any other options. Finally, they offered fruit juice, like orange, guava, and I forget what else. We ended up choosing iced orange juice from real fruit. -The children's and adult pools were clean, nice, and the water was cold, but I liked that. Anyway, I'm satisfied with everything

Our first stay at this hotel left a wonderful impression on our family. The cool atmosphere, friendly staff, spacious and clean superior rooms, and the kid-friendly hotel facilities (a children's pool, mini zoo, sandcastle, playground, tree house, and mini 3D cinema) made us feel at home. I'll probably bring my extended family here next time.

A complete hotel suitable for families, there is a bathtub, a refrigerator too. This type of room directly faces the yard, so if you are timid, it will feel like the lighting is dim, and in front of the trees, the cliff view is not far away. If you like nature, you will like it, it's nice and cool. The pool is clean. Maybe for those who are a bit timid, it is recommended to choose a room type near the reception, there is a new multi-story building. As for the food, I think the variety is lacking and the taste is standard... The staff are very friendly...

The facilities are very kid-friendly, and it's close to the Tretes culinary center. Ample parking, spacious rooms, beautiful views, and a cool atmosphere. This is my second time here and I'm very satisfied!

This is the second time I've come, but during Eid the price went up by 200 thousand, but overall the hotel is good.

It's comfortable enough for sleeping, but the bathroom is a bit disappointing. The soap tray is moldy, the door handle is loose, the hot water isn't very hot in the afternoon, there's no hair dryer, and there's no room phone. The location is quite high, so if you have a car over 900cc, you should check the condition first, and make sure the driver isn't a beginner.

A super kid-friendly hotel, perfect for a family staycation, especially with children. You don't even need to leave the hotel to enjoy the experience. The view is stunning, and the breakfast is delicious. There are plenty of interesting photo spots and plenty of playgrounds.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is busy on weekends. We actually booked the wrong room yesterday. We booked a deluxe room yesterday and mistakenly got a superior room. But it's not too bad. There's still a refrigerator in the spacious room. The lighting, especially in the bathroom, needs a warmer touch. The courtyard is the same.

Perfect for a staycation. A complete package for families. Unfortunately, it rained the night we stayed here, and the access between the buildings is roofless, so we got a bit wet. But the view in the morning and the complete amenities made up for it. The food was also delicious 😍 By the way, I took the deluxe room.

My first stay at this hotel was incredibly memorable. From the room to the spacious courtyard, we even had a chance to play soccer yesterday. The swimming pool is large and clean. Overall, it's worth the price. I'd love to come back again if I have another vacation.

The place is attractive with several good views. Accessibility needs to be upgraded to make it more accessible to the elderly and disabled.
