The food was delicious, but at 10:30 they didn't refill the empty food even though many guests were still having breakfast. The staff was friendly, but the AC in my room wasn't cooling and was leaking. When I asked to be moved, the staff said they would call the maintenance team. They did fix it, but not the leak. I stayed there for two nights with the room in a mess. Next time, if a guest asks to be moved, please heed their request.

An older but well-maintained four-star hotel. It's a perfect getaway, close to Blok M (lots of dining and entertainment options), and the room rates are family-friendly. The staff is also friendly and always ready to help. Thank you, Ambhara Hotel.

Because the hotel is quite old, many things are worn out.

This hotel is located in a great location, but the variety for breakfast is very minimum for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel was okay. Everything was fine, including the staff. However, the room amenities were incomplete: there was no shower cap, only one roll of tissue, and only one soap. Worse, there were lots of cockroaches!

There is no elevator in the basement so it is not easy to carry things and you have to climb the stairs.

The staff (Ms. Alda) was very helpful, friendly, and fast response.

An old hotel, but it doesn't smell musty. Great! The rooms are clean, and the toilets are clean. And the price is reasonable. It's just a shame that the surrounding asphalt and some areas of the hotel need some touch-ups to make it even nicer, because the rooms are already nice, and it's rare for an old hotel to upgrade the TVs. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. The rooms were always cleaned. Finding food was easy, as everything was available around the hotel.
