My stay was good no doubt I had to change the check in dates a few times due to unavailable ferry tickets. Traveloka responded well with the hotel management. Thank you to the Manager of Bella Vista for being so helpful and also the booking clerk. We stay in this hotel for 3 to 4 times a year for the past few years except for this year . Will definitely stay again

Unsure when they clean the pool, probably only a few times a week. The pool was full of leaves and bugs due to the surroundings being very forestry and out in the open. You can get a nice branch sound when the wind blows, if you're looking for pools this probably isn't the place. You get two complimentary fruit juices around the pool area. Walking distance to shops nearby for food, etc., even duty-free nearby for some cheap booze. This is in Kuah.

This hotel looks gloomy from the outside, the paint on the building is faded but inside it is 1st class. Some hotels do upgrading painting. The room is big. Highly recommended for anyone who has 2 children with a normal room. The hotel also provides welcome drinks at the pool side seaview. Best of Bella Vista

It is good for location water front.

Their service is tiptop. The staff was so friendly. The process for upgraded room so easy. The place is quite calm and have beautiful sea view. Very recommended especially travel with kids 👍.

Old but well maintained waterfront resort. Suite was spacious and neat. Breakfast was satisfactory but everyday same items. Splash out was convenient and worth the visit.

The hotel building is quite good, maybe it's just not well maintained.

The room and the hotel were fantastic. Everything was so nice and lovely. We enjoyed our stay there. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The value of the services and comfortable rooms were much higher than that we paid. I strongly recommend it.

The hotel looks like Palace, we enjoy our stay, also they give us free entrance to splash out, but not all slide can be used. The breakfast is delicious but the menu is the same every day. And they didn't refill toilet paper at room for the last day. The swimming pool was nice, overall is good, feel like queen and king when we walk at the hotel hehe. Thank you

We had great time staying in this hotel. They gave us early check in and a spacious deluxe room. They even gave us free two tickets to the Splash Out waterpark. Although the building is old and needs maintenance, the hotel is still convenient. The location is strategic with many restaurants nearby.

Not many choices of breakfast and iron & iron board got iron room. Not provide inside room.

Old property with a lot of unused space. Could have been a great hotel with some upgrades. Good room size. Big breakfast hall. Food was so-so. Wifi didn't work on 2nd floor.

Comfortable hotel. Hotel facilities are good. There are many food stalls and necessities near Kuah town. Good food hotel cafe and clean cafe (seaside View) 5-star. Next to the hotel there is a water theme park on foot je to very close. Bole try this hotel..the hotel staff and security are friendly and Terbaiekkk ... There is a lot of train parking.

Breakfast 's good, good view and nice pool as well, the staff are friendly and helpful as well. Had to extend my stay and the staff were helpful.

Limited menu. Toiletries item didn't replace after one day. Beautiful scenery for view sunset from bar and swimming pool
