This hotel is very comfortable. It's kid-friendly. Everything you need is available, including extra drinking water and ice cubes, which can be requested and are all free of charge. Breakfast is also delicious and varied, with many Indonesian staff, which is very helpful, so even if you don't speak a foreign language, you can still eat comfortably. They even helped make porridge for my child, even though it wasn't on the menu. They have special cutlery for children, which makes them even happier to eat. Other facilities are also very adequate, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The strategic location is close to everything, especially for finding food in the surrounding area. They also provide complimentary birthday cakes (upon request).

Prime Location: Located directly opposite the famous Platinum Fashion Mall and near the Palladium Mall. It is surrounded by bustling markets, street food, and close to 7-Eleven, making it super convenient. Spacious Rooms: The rooms are modern, clean, and quite spacious compared to other hotels in the area, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of shopping. Elevator Wait Times: Due to the hotel's large size and high occupancy, there can be a queue for elevators, especially during peak times

The hotel is very bustling and there's a lot of things to do/see around the area. The room was clean and of decent size. The staff were helpful and polite. Good stay.

The location is right next to Palladium. The only downside is that there are two buildings, making it a hassle to take the elevator to get from one building to the other. There's also no dressing table in the room. There's no hair dryer in the toilet. The room is large and comfortable.

Breakfast has a lot of choices and is delicious. There's Thai food, Japanese food, Chinese food, and many other choices. The location is close to Platinum, just a short walk away. You can also walk through the bridge to Central World and Big C. Additionally, you can walk further to Siam Paragon, Siam Center, MBK, etc. The only problem is that the room rate is more expensive now. Staying longer is too expensive. I hope the hotel will not charge too much anymore. Price is one of the important factors if someone wants to stay longer.

The hotel is located close to a shopping center. It's an older hotel, but it's well-maintained and clean. I stayed in the main building for four nights and encountered no issues. The staff and service were also satisfactory.
