Amazing staff and clean rooms!

The staff was excellent. The front desk gave us a lot of information. She even called her Dad to ask for some information she didn’t have. The waitresses for breakfast also gave us some good information about the area and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It had an abundance of selections. The hotel was clean, stately but not stuffy. The only slight negative was the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner due to renovations but there are several nearby restaurants. The room price was reasonable and the rooms were good. Overall, an excellent stay.

Spent 2 nights. The guestroom was clean especially the bathroom. The bed and pillows are soft and so comfortable. The breakfast was superb. The location is great. It just few steps from restaurant. But only thing I didn't like is there is no air-conditioner. It was hot in the room even with open window. There was no electric fan and we requested for it. Alex from the reception was kind enough to provide us. All in all, our stay was great!

Love the breakfast, the location, the staff.

Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing with a huge selection and very friendly staff. Hotel was amazing, had everything we needed and is located in a great location. Our only concern was the temperature of our interior facing room. It was very warm in the room and windows needed to be opened to facilitate air flow.

Beautiful hotel down by the water in Stavanger. Feels like the rooms have been very recently renovated, lobby and bar areas are gorgeous and the breakfast restaurant is really opulent. Great for being centrally based and exploring Stavanger.

Fantastic experience, lovely hotel and location

Lovely hotel, nice room, very helpful staff and an excellent breakfast.

The room was clean, but the daily cleaning consisted of just roughly making the bed. The beauty kit was not refilled in 4 days. Breakfast was really good, but being a base for hiking the service should start earlier - pancakes and cakes were always at least 45 mins after the catering started. We had to pay for toothpaste. First time in a 4 stars hotel where the reception does not provide you with toothpaste and there was not complimentary water in the room. It’s a shame, because it’s a nice hotel but I would rate it slightly less than 4 stars also considering the high price.

Absolutely loved our stay!! Raquel was super helpful when we were trying book a suana. The hotel is clean and close to everything there is to do Stavanger.
