It's not wrong to choose this villa to stay overnight. The villa is located in the Kusuma Agro villa complex. The villa is very homey, the bedroom smells good, the kitchen is complete, the bathroom is clean, if you look at the photos on Traveloka it might be a bit scary but in reality it's not at all. There is a smart TV that can watch YouTube, Netflix, videos, etc. The garden next to the villa is very large and can be used for picnics. The view from the 2nd floor is very good. Next time I want to stay here again🥹❤️☺️👏✨️

Jalan masuk agak sempit tapi terbayar dengan suasana villa masuk perumahan yang asik. Owner fast respon & mas penjaganya ramah. Kelebihan: 1. Ada 1 kamar dengan bed besar di lantai bawah (KM luar) & 2 bed sorong di lantai atas (KM dalam) 2. Karaoke di lantai atas + balkon. 3. Disediakan air galon + kulkas. 4. Dining set cantik yang bikin makan jadi elegan. 5. Ada Gazebo untuk barbeque di samping villa dengan halaman cukup luas bisa untuk kumpul-kumpul bermain atau Olga pagi. Kekurangan: 1. Dapur kurang terjaga kebersihannya & peralatan masak bau kecoa. 2. Serangan semut besar yang jumlahnya sangat banyak hampir ke seluruh ruangan dengan gigitannya yang dahsyat keluar dari pintu samping yang terkunci. 3. Sajadah & bantal cadangan di lemari bau tengik. Pengennya next balik nginap kesana lagi tapi ga tahan dengan serangan semutnya. Semoga para semut dapat menemukan tempat yang nyaman tanpa mengganggu'penghuni villa. Villanya bagus. Lumayan bersih. Semua tersedia dari selimut ada 2. Handuk 2. Bantal tambahan 4 dengan 2 kamar tidur yang luas luas. Taman samping rumah lumayan. Kekurangannha agak sedikit berantakan di sana sini dan turunan jalan untuk ke gasebonya curam karena belum dibuatkan tangga tanah. Air panas hanya sebentar dipagi dan malam hari selebihnya dingin. Taman minim penerangan. Jalan menuju villa banyak lubang lebar jadi harus hati hati. Pelayanan menurut saya bagus. Terima kasih insyallah semoga bisa balik kesini lagi

The kitchen is complete with cutlery, but the villa's maintenance is lacking, the kitchen smells of cockroaches so if you want to use the cutlery, you should check it first. Then the floor seems to be rarely mopped. Clean bathroom. Shower worked well. Only the upper bathtub cannot be used because there is no cover for the water hole. The front yard and garden match the photos and description. In the Gazebo there is a barbecue but at that time it didn't seem to have been cleaned so we had to clean it first. The main light of the gazebo is off. The back of the villa is poorly maintained, there are cleaning tools that are not in place. The side of the villa which is near the car park is also dirty. For a really good view from the balcony, especially at night. And the surrounding environment is a bit noisy if we stay for a rather long vacation like yesterday. Overall pretty good for the price. Good service.

Pros: 1. The friendly villa owner can check in before 2. 2. The villa is quite clean and has a 2.3 floor area. Complete facilities (refrigerator, TV, magic jar, stove, etc.) 4. Strategic location. Lots of food vendors passing by. 5. There is a pavilion that is equipped with a burner. Disadvantages: 1. Hot water can only be for a while in the morning, afternoon, afternoon or evening, so we are afraid to take a shower because the water is cold at that time. 2. The bathroom under the flushing toilet can't be bothered to flush manually. Overall it is very satisfying to get a large villa in a strategic location under 1 million friendly owners too. Tempatnya sangat nyaman dan menyenangkan sekali. Pemandangannya juga bagus, pemilik dan pengelola villanya juga responsive banget. Peralatan dapur lengkap, cuma yang perlu dibenerin toilet atas nggak keluar airnya. Overall puas bangeeet!

We have rented this villa 2 times, because according to our needs, lodging that has a large yard, and pet allowed. the only condition is that the pet cannot enter the room (where the pet sleeps must be brought alone). Bedrooms 2 pieces, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. The room is spacious and can accommodate 4 people (each room has 1 queenbed, but a big size mattress is provided too). we were only 4 of us so only used the downstairs bedroom. cookware is prepared, but for ingredients eg. rice, gallon drinking water (hot and cold dispenser available but the water is empty) and oil may have to be an agreement with the manager. can be contacted at the number listed. towels, sheets, blankets are available and clean (towels are still wrapped in laundry plastic in the cupboard. take yourself 😁). the atmosphere of the villa housing complex, very supportive to relax. Early in the morning you can jog up and down hills, because the location of the villa is in a high area. There was a problem with hot water, but the LG manager's phone was fixed. Anyway, the area is easy to reach by gofood, even every morning a fresh milk seller comes, and in the afternoon there are sellers of meatballs, satay etc., the yard is really cool. clean and suitable for holding mats in the afternoons, and bbq nights, recommended.
