A comfortable place especially for those of us who came a bit late. But please, the security will get in the car and get in to pick up the stuff, it's called troublesome even though we're just loading things into the car and leaving.

very friendly service, the place is very comfortable and clean, the facilities according to the description, can ask for hot water for tea / coffee drinks, only a few are missing, the bathroom leaks so every time I want to take a shower / go to the bathroom, I have to wait for the full tub, but what's important is comfortable here

The place is comfortable and quiet

I booked a room for my parents. The bus my parents had just arrived in Tulungagung on the morning of December 22, 2019, by the receptionist was told that the room I ordered had been occupied by someone else even though the reservation had been paid for. Then after being scolded by my parents, the officer finally prepared the room (fortunately the room was still available even though the preparation was rushed, so it was still not clean). But fortunately my parents were able to rest in the end.

It's all good, the place and also the bathroom, but the staff are not friendly enough, it seems a bit stiff, and just when I come in I want to make the tea sugar run out. Not bad but for that class

the staff were friendly, but the guy who lead me to the room wasn't that friendly he put no smile and not a single word. You do get coffee and tea for free, but the hot water container for the tea was rusty and they just left the instant tea and coffee on the table without container or something to keep it hygiene. bed and blankets is bad. Bathroom doesn't have hot water, tooth paste, shampoo. WIFI couldn't reach my room which is on the third floor overall is 6/10 you need to upgrade in all aspects if you wanna keep up with the other hotels.

Good for overnight and strategic location in the middle of the city. Easy access to those who are on the road and can rest comfortably and continue.

The toilet squats, not the toilet seat. Not all rooms have hot water.
