I go to Da Lat a few times a year, and I've stayed at this hotel for the past few years. I'm very satisfied with it.

The staff were friendly, helpful with late check-out, and answered customer questions well. The facilities were complete and clean. I haven't tried the food at the hotel yet.

Small, narrow, old room, no room for suitcases if 2 people stay. Small narrow hallway. Old, scratched, peeling decorations, a bit cheesy style. Friendly staff, enthusiastic guides, motorbike rental, parking available.

Room soundproofing is bad, bathroom smells like sewer. Grab bed is old and not clean, itchy to lie on. Room is quite rundown and far from the picture

The hotel is quite close to the center, the room is quite clean, has a balcony and is airy. The staff is friendly, the staff all helped me carry my suitcase when I arrived and left. The security guard here is also super enthusiastic and friendly. The room rate is reasonable. I feel satisfied.

The room is clean but the soundproofing is poor and noisy (there is a construction site next door, neighbors singing karaoke, and traffic noise because it is close to the road). Overall, the service is okay but too noisy.

The hotel is ok but should change the TV section. Should install boxes for guests to use online entertainment services. Should not use cable TV as it is now.
