Pros: Great location and price.Breakfast was fairly decent. Staff was nice. Reasonably clean for the most part as well. Cons: I would caveat this by saying that immediately before this stay, I was coming from its sister hotel in Poznan and it was a stark comparison at the same cost. Poznan facility is truly 3.5 stars whereas this Wroclaw one is 2 stars. Specifics - No drinking water in room, no luggage rack, no shelf in shower to place your own amenities, no area map, filthy windows, no temp control making it too warm to sleep, dismal pillows (even stacked up were almost flat with no support)

Lovely hotel for price. Good location short walk from shops, restaurants and transport links There was an issue with the toilet dripping on my room and despite reporting this was not fixed Other than this a good stay

I really enjoyed my stat. The room was great and breakfast was of a very high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and large. It was only a short walk to the Old Town and for public transit. The staff are polite and kind. I did not have the breakfast so I can not comment on that.

The location was amazing and the staff were friendly, although it took us three tries to get additional pillows. The room was tiny and not very thoughtfully put together. The pillows were anemic to say the least and it was difficult to sleep because the room was so hot and, although there is a fan/temperature control (maybe?) it seemed more for show than anything functional.

Really great budget style hotel. Room clean and tidy and very spacious. Liked that the room had a keypad instead of a keycard. Had breakfast on one morning and it was good. There were plenty of choices. Well positioned near to public transport and city centre.

Excellent service. Cleaned daily, good quality rooms, reception were very polite / helpful. Really pleasant stay Advise if you come in from the airport via bus is have google maps on and just jump off when it gets to half a mile. Did so at 11pm and its quite safe and much easier than the instructions on the website

Room warm dry and clean. Very convenient for the city centre . On main bus and tram routes with passing traffic 20 hrs a day, however didnt hear a sound when window closed. Staff extremely helpful and English spoken. Highly recommend this hotel, would definitely go back.

Very nice stay, helpful staff and clean comfortable room. Great to have the onsite parking too, very convenient. Would be nice to have additional pillows, but I never asked at reception as only staying one night. They may well have provided them if I’d asked. If you like more than one pillow, ask for extra when checking in.

We love B&B Hotels. They are conveniently located, very clean and have great service.

I only stayed for one night, but I found my room to be spacious enough. Elevator fast, combo door code, spacious lobby, roomy washroom. Furniture basic, but I don't choose a room for its furniture. Good location--shopping mall just ~150m away as well as the entrance to old town. Good value for what I paid during low season. Staff were cordial upon arrival. This is a French chain.

Great staff, great location, the beds are very hard. We slept on top of the blankets for extra padding but it was still very hard. Quiet, even though there is a lot of traffic.

Nice room with air conditioning in the centre. Parking was about average for cost but private so more secure. Staff were great. In the reception you can buy drinks and snacks at a fair price. Would happily stay again.
