Room was clean, the internet was fast, beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. It’s all we needed. We’ll be coming back next time we are in Gravenhurst.

It was kind of clean on the inside. But the outside and places are sooo run down. They look nothing like the pictures. It's unfortunate cause it could be a great cute place to stay. And the people that were outside smoking and drinking at the front of the motel all the time looked very sketchy and I felt un safe when I pulled up.

this property is cute. looks like they are upgrading rooms. the cottage was clean and the bed was nice.

Air conditioner was full of dust, towels weren’t soft, pillows were flat and bed sheets had stains.

We stayed one night for race at Gull Lake. Place is clean, has what you need, but is definitely older. There had been updates to flooring, counters. Definitely clean. Friendly front desk, close to everything. Beds were new, I found them soft. They have instant coffee, but there is coffee shops near by if that does not work for you. Grateful the AC worked!

Lovely property and very kind staff...was impressed with the cleanliness of our cabin and having the sink fridge microwave and kettle made our stay that much more comfortable and convenient. We can't wait to come back!

I didn’t find the way to open the air conditioner, so if there is clearer guidance will be much better.

Reasonable all around.

I have asked for a late check out ahead of time and received a confirmation that the room will be available for an extra hour or so. I confirmed the late check out details when I checked in. When I called back on the check out day at noon (one hour after the check out time) the same guy at the reception said the room is no longer available. Horrible service!

Place is kinda tired……should have only one bed in cottages ….love seat or small couch ….a hot plate would be nice
