Great amenities such as exercise equipment, half court basketball, access to paid underground parking, complimentary breakfast, and common spaces with activities. One thing to keep in mind is the room did not have access to a fridge or microwave, but there were common areas that had them available. Would definitely stay here again, great price and location for a Montreal trip.

Had my car window smashed , and my car broken into , don’t use the adjoining car park , it needs taken down , also no cameras on the car decks

Great place to stay: clean and friendly. It is a student residence, so the rooms are very basic, but comfortable. Great location. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful.

Great experience from top to bottom. The break fast was amazing. All staff are very friendly and make you feel welcoming. Trully recomend.

Breakfast was great, the room was clean and bedding clean as well. Air conditioning didn't work on the 4 most hot humid days. The first report of disfunction was reported Thursday, July2/26, aroun 2100h. The second report was on Saturday, July 4/26 in the morning. Was advised at that time that no report was entered in the computer. The night of July 4/26, was still warm for sleeping.

Rooms are too small. Coat hangers were not provided. Not enough wall plugs in the rooms. Walls are too thin. You can hear everything. I would not sleep here again.

Stayed for three nights. Room and location were pretty good for the price. However the room was very basic. No mini fridge, hair dryer, tv. A few more items to make the room more like a hotel room would be appreciated. I was on a lower floor, traffic could be a bit loud at times. Breakfast was included and there were lots of options. Carded entry and security on site was nice in such a busy area of the city.

Breakfast was good lots of options and well stocked. Our room was slightly dirty when we arrived there was some unvaccumed hair in washroom and a litte unwiped scuff marks on the bathtub. The bed sheets kept coming off which was really annoying and the pillows are very flat like extremely. The bests are also like a piece of foam that offers little support. Sleeping was also hard as the ac on the lowest setting wouldn’t bring the temperature down below 25c and the curtains let in alot of light. Something to keep in my for summer when it’s hot and early sunrise. There also is no mini fridge or blowdryer you have to request those both in advance! The staff was wonderful when we didn’t know you had to request it in advance on getting it put into the room for our medication! The building is very nice with lots of amenities and a kitchen you can use. The lounge areas were also nice!

If you come expecting a reasonably good college dormitory, you will be happy here. The breakfast is a definite standout, and the fitness facility is also much more elaborate than most accommodation options. The bed was comfortable and the room reasonably quiet. The staff were pleasant. Location is walkable to plenty of points of interest. Access in, out and around the facility depends on keycard. There are details that could make it better. For example, although there was a nightstand, there was no light there. The gym would have been a lot more appealing if there had been wipes for the equipment, or towels. There were dispensers for wipes, but it looked like a while since anything had been in them.
