The rooms were really spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very attentive and made me feel welcome. Housekeeping made my stay feel extra comfortable. The desk had a universal outlet plug to charge my devices. I made of their laundry machines which were conveniently open 24/7 since it uses tap to pay for use.

Charged $40 breakfast. Not worth it .

I loved to use the LG styler.

Good Staff

I have been living in Korea for more than 7 years but in this hotel, the staff said Foreigner needs to submit a copy of their IDs. I don't know the reason. If someone wanted to collect my personal information, there should have been a separate form for consent to the use of personal data. (PIPA Act, South Korea. 2011). I don't know who will use my data and for what purpose. illogical ....

Room temperature was too hot. Management should review it.

It was adequate. The problem is with the shower. It looks nice with glass partition and door. But the shower water flows out of the stall and floods the entire bathroom floor. The room was clean with a good set of amenities.

Quiet! Convenient. Nearby attraction. Only issue is the communication. Dining are very good. Nearby supermarket.

Extremely clean great price and very nice amenities. Super quite as well.

The hotel was very clean and staff were very accommodating. Various activities to do in the area by just hopping on a City bus... amazing food and cultural activities... enjoy.

I liked the fact that the hotel offers a roomy, clean family room with two queen beds and a spacious bathroom at a reasonable price. The four people staying never felt cramped. Complementary water and drinks in the refrigerator, as well as the buffet breakfast next to the lobby were also quite enjoyable. The parking space was tad small and I had a bit of trouble parking my car, but the hotel staff was able to manage the situation.

나름 조용하고, 편안했습니다. 비용도 그럭저럭 이해할만 했습니다.

침대 매트레스가 너무 딱딱해요.

가성비 갑! 퀸 사이즈 침대 2개, 고데기도 있고, 티비도 크고, 무엇보다 욕실 대박! 샤워부스도 있고, 욕조도 있고 조식도 10,000원에 괜찮더라고요~

수원영통역 도심에 위치하고 있어 접근성과 주차하기가 좋고, 주위에 음식점 번화가가 많아서 좋았어요. 아침 조식 식사도 아주 맛있어요. 단지, 아쉬움은 1회용품이 없다는점 칫솔, 면도기 등등 꼭 챙겨주세요.

욕실이 넓고 바닥이 카펫이 아니라 알러지 달고 사는 저는 넘 좋았어요.그런데 쇼파가 천 인게 살짝 아쉬웠죠.컴퓨터 작동 및 수건 교체로 본의 아니게 귀챦겨 해드렸는데 직접 올라오셔서 고쳐주고 넘 감사했어요

넓고 쾌적하고 좋았어요. 다만 옆 방 화장실 물 소리 방음은 잘 안되었는데 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다.
