Kamar nya sangat bersih. Serasa menginap di hotel bintang 4. Staff nya sangat ramah. Dan makanan nya enak. Jika saya liburan ke Pattaya lagi. Saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi.

Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is Ok.

The room is good, but the staff collects the breakfast for the child's breakfast, adding 150 baht per person. We reserved 3 rooms, 1 child per room, usually staying anywhere, never been charged. Next here will not stay here anymore.

The hotel has a minibus to pass. Getting around is quite convenient (but if the color of the car is more convenient), located near Seven-Eleven, about 200 meters walk. And the breakfast is not that diverse. But overall the hotel is very good. Value for money compared to the price paid. Clean, new, beautiful decoration.

Everything is great except the bathroom partition which is not wide enough. This causes spills when taking a shower and also making the bath mat completely wet!!

The staff are not good, so speaking is good as if not interested. Said that the room that was booked does not have a bed set, so I was confused about how to specify a bed and how to reserve a room In spite of this it was written that 1 large bed Told to wait 30 minutes to wait for the room So I was confused that We have to book online. What is the need to wait? Even before booking, it can be seen that the room is available. After saying that the room is not available, wait 30 minutes.

Really good service nice people clean and beautiful

We stayed 15 days in this hotel me and my wife we got flu from the coldness in the restaurant and all over the lobby is full of air con the freezing people. We keep asking the manager and the staff to take it easy with the aircon but they dont. The cleaner in the seventh floor with the small eyes lady she's nusty woman unfriendly.
