Hotel provides everything you need and then some. It’s the little details from the complimentary toiletries to the barista coffee service in the morning. Bed was super comfortable.

Not being able to walk around the bed to get in the opposite side is difficult but it wasn't a big issue. Having to control everything off of an ipad is novel but I imagine if it was accidentally dropped and damaged it would be a pretty expensive bill. A very delicate and expensive remote control isn't something I would choose but you are pretty much forced to use it.

This is always my go to hotel in Boston, however it lacked compared to normal. The food wasn’t good, they were out of stuff, and the staff at the bar/morning breakfast just seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The food choices for breakfast were not as good as normal. Who serves baked beans for breakfast? Other than that the bed was comfy and get downtown view it’s totally worth it

Was most impressed with the modern decor and the ambience. Very clean. Strong drinks too.

Liked Citizen M chain with this one with Boston items. Problems with figuring out lights ie how to turn most off with a few on. Also had to request twice for 2nd sheet.

Clean, modern, trendy hotel. The rooms were high tech and controlled with an iPad. Right next door to TD Garden and North Station. The most convenient hotel I’ve ever stayed in for going to a concert. 10/10 recommend!

I love CitizenM and the one in Boston didn't disappoint. The check in staff (it is self check-in, but they always come over to help) and the staff in the "canteen" were wonderfully friendly to a tired traveler.

We loved the close proximity to TD garden and the train station. It had all the things needed for our short trip. The room was comfortable. The shower was hot. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only thing I would warn people about is if your traveling as a couple, whomever gets the inside of the bed at night you will have to climb over the person you are with to use the bathroom. It can be a workout lol

The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. The gym was not very well equipped, and there was no pool or hot tub. The lobby/dining area was very social, relaxed and friendly.

Very contemporary! Fun decor! And the view from sitting up in bed was amazing! Didn’t want to get up. But breakfast was excellent! Little jars of clotted cream - I mean who does that?

I liked the convenience! The view was great. I didn’t like the difficult parking situation. If there isn’t a lot there should atleast be a luggage cart and staff available.
