My regular hotel when I come to Kota Bharu. Very nice selection of breakfast. Ample parking space at the basement. Walking distance to Mydin Mall.

Short stay at Kelantan for business matter. Ambiance/Facilities: I'm not using any, but they have a gym & pool which is good. Food: Not trying any of the foods. There are abundant of restaurants nearby. Staff Assistance: Very polite. Check-in process very smooth. Highlights: The room condition is good, fitting the price. Location: It is very convenient. The hotel is near the amenities and also a shopping mall. Also very near to the city centre.

Eventhough I was came earlier to receiptionist & wait for room, the receiptionist (Akram) serve to 2-3 later customers until I came in front of him asking the room. 3 hours waiting.

the bathroom was not cleaned properly...the walls and floor were mossy..slippery and dangerous...

overall ok, just please fix the water pipe in the bathroom is broken and leaking, please help, dear, the hotel is new and beautiful but does not take care of the facilities for guests. parking is ok, friendly staff, check in, check out is easy and fast. the food is varied and delicious, especially the bread pudding is very tasty, the most delicious I have ever tasted compared to other hotels I have been to

Strategic location and no traffic jams

The bedroom floor is quite dusty, and for a person with asthma, this will trigger my asthmatic attack.

Nothing is missing, everything is ok and satisfied.

Near to Mydin Shopping Mall (modern & spacious)

Nice rooftop pool. A variety of local breakfast options.

Nice stay for functional activities and family activities

I think h elite has the latest / new amenities as it's a new hotel.

It's raining and flood season, so not so many guests. Breakfast has limited choices, but you can swim at the rooftop pool until 8 PM even though it's raining. Good, because I only have time to swim after office hours. Thanks.

Friendly staff. Even though my meeting ended at 6.30pm and it was raining outside, the pool guy allowed me to use the rooftop pool until 8pm. Very happy to relax at poolside.

The toilet has been scrubbed, the toilet walls are yellow.

The room is spacious. But sadly, it ' s not cleaned properly. The bedsheets got some stains. The toilet door is dirty at the lower part. The water boiler has some rust inside. There ' s no toothbrush. One bedlamp is not working. And most importantly, the wifi is not functioning.
