Room and hotel very run down and worn out. Couldn’t find a member of staff to take our drink order at the bar on a busy Saturday night so went back upstairs. Got told we could order something for breakfast and no one came and took our order so just used the English breakfast buffet instead. Staff we did talk to were friendly food was good. No air conditioning and the material headboard was dirty from years of use.rattling extractor fan in the barthroom. Chipped plaster just tired worn down and disappointed for the money

Check in was quick and easy, actually effortless! Our room was small and quite dated, our bed was really comfortable and large! The shower was really poor, barely any water came out and was either freezing cold or scorching hot! We had someone enter our room with a key unexpectedly, you would think they would wait until after check it to start entering rooms! The food in the restaurant was really good, we had eggs benidict from the kitchen and it was delightful. Overall our stay did exactly what we needed it to, but was not as luxurious as it was seen to be.

I had the continental breakfast which was fine but coffee received on my 2nd and 3rd day was not good. The coffee I received on the first day was good. The reception staff only seemed to greet you if you spoke to them. The staff at breakfast were nice and friendly. The room was in need of a makeover and upgrade. The room was dated and there was a smell from the restaurant that emerged into the bathroom. The smell was not pleasant. The tv in the room was poor, the sound seemed to go off a lot and the picture was fuzzy. The radiator had a loose panel hanging from it. I’m surprised the cleaning staff don’t report this.

The breakfast is very good. Good selection. The staff were extremely helpful. Great location for town center and beach. The restaurant is highly regarded and I certainly enjoyed my meal there.

An excellent buffet and menu breakfast was included, so I ate a little. I didn't realise breakfast was included in the price - and that's the problem - I don't normally eat so early.

Lovely breakfast with quality ingredients. I had the English brekky. Coffee was good. Room was spotless, bed lovely and a fair sized room and bathroom.

Hotel is lovely and friendly and my room was comfortable and spotless. Spent one night here unexpectedly as a female solo traveller for business and felt comfortable. Breakfast was great - street parking outside which is free from 6pm - 9am. Will definitely stay again when I am back in the area. Managed to get a walk along the beach before dinner and after breakfast because it is situated so close to the beachfront.
