Best breakfast, very relaxed and wonderful views of the beach. Parking on site plenty of room.

Absolutely love Tyr Craig Castle. Lovely friendly helpful staff, beautiful rooms with very comfy bed. Really enjoyed our evening meal with the most fabulous views over the sea. Food was superb and service spot on. Our breakfast was also great quality. We visited last year also and will definitely return, lovely relaxing stay - THANK YOU X

Plenty of parking. Excellent breakfast and evening meals. Amazing views from rooms and terrace. Staff couldn't do enough to help and any extra requests were granted straight away. I'll definitely stay at Ty Graig again. Thank you all.

Beautiful place overlooking the bay. Welcoming staff, lovely food. Perfect for chilling out on the veranda with a glass of something cold watching the sun go down. Breakfast was delicious too

A very welcoming place to stay, staff are very attentive and ideally located. We had 2 rooms Both with balconies which was lovely to watch the sunset. Great sea views and lovely to wake up to the sound of the sea. Very quiet and cute place to stay. Highly recommend - wished we had booked for 2 nights… one was not enough …!

Fabulous postion above Barmouth. Lovely sea views and breakfast room looking over the bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there for a park run and even though breakfast we over when we got back from the run we were treated to a lovely cooked breakfast. Brilliant!

The Tyr Castle is a lovely old building with lots of character.Trudy is very welcoming ,and nothing was to much trouble. Food was great , cooked to Order ,piping hot on hot plates. Victor the barman and waiter was efficient and friendly.Views are spectacular , we were lucky to have a small balcony which we could sit out on. Only downside was a very small shower cubicle,but given age of property understandable. Easy parking in front of building. We had a very relaxing weeks holiday .

Great breakfast & superb meals in restaurant.

The bathroom was quite small and felt cramped, which made it uncomfortable to use. The breakfast offering was also disappointing, with very limited variety. On top of that, there were noticeable plumbing noises from other rooms, especially when toilets were flushed, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

A lovely hotel close to Barmouth. Wonderful sea view from our bedroom. Plenty of free off road parking. Food in restaurant was delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel for a great holiday.

Rooms need updating, downstairs areas were lovely and the food was fantastic
