The room was not where we checked in and quite inconvenient to have to walk to a different location. It was unacceptably small. We only had backpacks but if you had a suitcase you couldn’t have fitted it anywhere! The bathroom however was fine.

Sent to off site accomodation 5 min walk from hotel which was unexpected. Entry to this building was through a small private car park /garden area which had full rubbish bags and other scrap fittings like old tv's and other rubbish piled up and the small garden area had litter all around and furniture and a table that was unusable because it was so dirty. The shower in the the room only worked for around 1 minute then the water flow stopped. No blackout blinds fitted so not able to get a decent sleep. Breakfast was fine.

We arrived to find the hotel was closed for refurbishment! We booked this in December, drove over 3 hrs and no one thought to let us know! We are 2 pensioners in their 70’s and were left stranded with no accommodation, disgraceful service!!

Staff were lovely. Room was very comfortable. Food was not good and expensive for pub food. Breakfast table had rotten bananas. Toast was soggy (eggs had not been drained). Evening meal was lacking flavour.

Beautiful boutique accommodation in one of the Cotswolds prettiest towns. Was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the small rooms were. Perfectly suited for one and would accommodate two comfortably as long as you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room

It was a pleasure to stay. The staff upgraded our room on arrival and gave us a feeling that we were important to them. The room was comfortable and the mini bar was a nice throwbacks touch. Only thing lacking was the shower cap for my wife.

We stayed in a separate building a couple of minutes walk from the main building which wasnt a problem once we found if and the room was lovely(room was called Dog) There was ample private parking which was a bonus as the main building had limited spaces.Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and friendly service.Couldnt fault and would definitely return

We stayed here for one night. The room in the Bell was really nice and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We received very warm welcome on arrival and the staff were lovely throughout the stay. The food was very good too. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Rooms were lovely and decorated to a high standard however there is no sound proofing between the pub and your room. You could hear conversations of those in the pub below but it did quiet down at 11 which wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately there are also rooms above which have a very squeaky floor/bed which woke us up multiple times in the night even when sleeping with ear plugs. I do appreciate it’s a beautiful old pub but they do need to try and do something about the noise.
