Top marks all round, just note restaurant not open Sunday evenings and pub closes early. We will be back.

Fantastic service from arrival, dinner, and breakfast. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A lovely one nights stay - breaking up the journey from North Wales to Cornwall. Delightful area and close to the motorways. Went for a walk in the local area to stretch our legs along the Strawberry Line (perfect). We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel, the food was delicious and catered for many dietary requirements including vegetarians :). Several other pubs / restaurants near by also. The room was spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a one nights stay. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

The room was very clean, and the staff very helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Food was very good. Breakfast had so many different things to choose from. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean. A bit dated, but comfortable. Mattress was on its way out. Fan in the room needs replacing (staff aware). Staff were very friendly and accommodating, couldn't fault the service. Food was lovely in the restaurant too. Biscuits, water tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch too.

A excellent stay prior to a flight from Bristol Airport. Restaurant was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff made you feel welcome. Car parking was great and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Will definitely stay again.

Yes all very friendly. Good menu for evening meals & breakfasts. Quirky old building with quite a few steps with in the downstairs & upstairs. Good parking with cameras. Due to being a listed building,no double glazing. You do hear the planes from 6am. But all in all very pleased for our visit.

Great staff, clean and tidy room, good location with easy car parking. Great food including very good options for my coeliac wife. This is a quaint more traditional style of hotel with it seemed like only six rooms. You still get a room key attached to a fob rather than the key cards you tend to get nowadays and the flooring is a little sloped in places all adding to the charm. We had just a one night stop over but would be happy to return.
