No Air Conditioning in all the hotel

Brealfast had little variety

Breakfast didn’t have a good variety No iron Only 2 pillows

Reasonable. But issues of things running out such as glasses, plates and cups at breakfast

Walking distance to la defense

Unfriendly environment. Staff was not available to support guests. Basic facilities like Coffee machine (although paid separately) was not working.

Well located, in a pretty part of Puteaux. Quick walk to Puteaux station for limited RER and tram access, but a bit of a longer (but nice) walk to La Grande Arche for all amenities, RER, tram, AND metro options. As usual, Ibis breakfast, when included, serves us well - with nice and simple European-style choices.

No milk for coffee or tea. No ironing board. Toilet in a room by itself do you have to go to the toilet then go to the shower room to wash your hands! No UK plugs, only EU, but did have USB A slot. Breakfast is only continental and not great.

Perfect location

Great little hotel. All you expect from Styles. New build. Large rooms, great sound insulation from the outside and internally. Free coffee all day. Easy to get to from La Défense station and Westfield. 15 mins from the Arena

Very reasonably priced hotel.

We came for a concert at La Defense Arena and this was really ideal. It was so easy to get into Paris on the Metro too. The hotel was really nice and comfortable and would definitely stay again.

All fine until 2:30 am when it felt like a bomb went off or the hotel was hit by a lorry! Big bang and the whole room shook. No idea what it was but my college in another room was also woken by it. I stayed in room 404. Clean and basic but the shower doesn't work well. It was hot then cold then hot etc. avoid staying in this room.

Nice looking, clean

Nice hotel and a simple but nice room. However my room (209) had a broken hairdryer, the shampoo in the shower was empty (had to use the one for washing your hands) and the sink was missing the plug which meant the water ran straight down the drain and look unpleasant. I have reported all this so hopefully it will be fixed. Bed was firm but nice. Room was functional. All clean and ok. Reasonable for a 1 night business trip although 20 min walk to the office wasnt nice in a thunder storm.

The food was absolutely appalling. I ordered it, it was expensive and I could not eat it. It arrived cold and the quality was extremely poor. I ordered takeaway to the room.
