The hotel was nice and clean, but I'd gone down to the front desk several times and then returned, but it still hadn't been cleaned, claiming it was busy and there were a lot of guests. This was the first time I'd ever had a hotel that had to keep asking for a room cleaned.

Hotel is great next to the beach, can see the beach clearly. Quite far from old Chinatown area, but there is a food court outside the hotel open from 6 PM to 11 PM serving various kinds of Asian food and packed every evening. Room is neat and clean, however, the pillow has a lot of spots. My suggestion is to use waterproof pillow covers and change them periodically. Hotel breakfast has plenty of variety and is delicious.

Hompton was a bit underwhelming for a 4-star hotel. One lift was down, which caused congestion in the lift. The room and bathroom were not so clean.

It's easy to get to the beach, and the view from the pool is very nice.

Great hotel for family with children. The hotel has bunk beds. Conveniently located near a food court and a few minutes' walk to Lotus supermarket.

Great place for vacation with family

Overall, my experience staying at Hompton was very nice, it’s a bit far from Georgetown but can commute by Grab easily. The hotel also has vending machine and ATM booth, you will have mostly everything you need. The staffs are friendly and the service is very good, we’re happy staying here. Thank you

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Complete facilities, very beautiful views and a quiet environment. I happened to get a room on the 32nd floor with a view like in this picture. The breakfast menu is varied and the restaurant is full of glass so you can have breakfast while enjoying the view. There is direct access to the beach and there is also street food in front of the hotel. For those who are concerned about halal food, please make sure by asking the seller directly/make sure there is a halal logo/information
