The room was clean, the staff provided good service, and the location was good, but the room wasn't very soundproof.

Everything was fine, but the front desk staff (a woman) had a grumpy, sullen expression.

Overall, it was very good. My daughter loved it. There was no noise disturbance, the area was well-divided, and the staff were very friendly.

I liked it; the hotel was clean. I will definitely stay here again.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hôtel provides me shuttle bus to Ramkhamhaeng 53/1 (Ramkhamhaeng Road) that makes me easy to go to my destination. I love it !! However, I am not satisfied with the sound proof … I worke up two times during night : 3.30 am , and 5.30 am by the people’ s sound outside my room. The first time I stayed here , the ambience is quiet good. I can sleep all night because the guests are students .. but this time it is so mezzy for me. I wake up with sleepy mode zzzz

The pillows are low, the room is not soundproof, you can hear cars running all night, the blanket makes noise when you move, there is no place to hang things, there is a 1,000 baht key deposit (returned), the staff provides good service.

Clean, quiet, but I'm a little annoyed by the bathroom. It smells a bit and the room is quite dark. There are few TV channels. I want to watch cartoons. Convenient transportation, the hotel has an Amazon, you can go sit and read a book. The hotel is near a convenience store, there are many food shops near the hotel, but the fried chicken at Tops is not delicious. For those looking for a place to stay near Ramkhamhaeng University 1, it's convenient and easy to walk. It takes about 7-10 minutes to get there.

The hotel location is convenient for the river bus route, you stay here if you walk a short distance to the small bridge which is the boundary between Bang Kapi District and Wang Thong Lang District you go left under the bridge you will reach the Ramkhamhaeng Pier River Bus station, experience to the center of Bangkok for 20 baht. It's great.

Everything was good, but I was not impressed with the staff at the counter. When I asked for directions, they gave me advice like a person who did not have a good attitude.

The room was clean and looked good for the price. Unfortunately, we couldn't open the curtains because we could see the rooms in the building opposite.

ทีวีช่อง 29 และบางช่องดูไม่ได้ ภาพติดๆขัดๆตลอด ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง (ได้ยินเสียงคนตะโกน คนเดิน) ตู้เย็นโคลงเคลงตอนเปิดปิด ไวไฟเชื่อมต่อได้แปปเดียวหลุดและเชื่อมไม่ได้ ห้องน้ำมีเส้นผมของผู้เข้าพักก่อนหน้า กระจกห้องน้ำเช็ดไม่สะอาดและเปียกตั้งแต่ก่อนเข้าพัก พนง.ต้อนรับหวังว่าจะบริการให้ดีขึ้น แม่บ้านที่พามาอาคารบริการดีมาก ห้องสวยค่ะ พื้นสะอาด แต่ผนังเป็นรอยเยอะ

เปิดประตูเข้าไปในห้อง ยุงเป็นสิบ พื้นห้องฝุ่น เส้นผมจากไหนไม่รู้…

จองไป 3 คืน แต่ต้องขึ้นต้องลงไปอัปเดตคีย์การ์ดใหม่ทุกวัน ไม่เข้าใจว่าทำไมไม่ทำการ์ดสำหรับ 3 คืนไปเลยทีเดียว เพราะไม่ได้จองคืนต่อคืน จองไปทีเดียว 3 คืน และไม่ได้รับคำแนะนำหรืออธิบายตั้งแต่เช็กอินว่าต้องลงมาต่อการ์ดทุกวัน อย่างอื่นโอเคนะ โรงแรมดีห้องพักสะอาด

ดีทุกอย่างยกเว้นการให้มัดจำคีย์การ์ดที่ต้องชำระเงินสดอย่างเดียวโอนก็ไม่ได้ทำให้ลำบากไปกดตู้ATM.ใกล้ๆก็มีแค่บางธนาคารวิ่งวุ่นเลยทีเดียว

ห้องสะอาดใหม่ เตียงนุ่ม นอนสบาย ราคาไม่แพง เดินทางสะดวก หน้าโรงแรมของกินเยอะ

เรื่องประตูค่ะ มันเหมือนถ่านตรงสแกนหมดแล้วเหมือนประตูมันไม่ล็อค แต่บริการห้องทุกอย่างรวมๆดีมากๆเลยคะ
