The building is old and the area is somewhat neglected. It's likely focused on the futsal business. Upon entering the room, it felt very damp.

Hidden gem!!! The downside... I could only sleep after midnight because of the loud banging noise from the futsal court upstairs!!! Otherwise, it's okay! Recommended!

The room is spacious. It's okay for the price. It's just a shame it's remote and requires climbing upstairs. Bringing heavy luggage is a real shame.

There was no hotel sign, and no staff on standby; you had to contact them via WhatsApp, whose number they saved at the front desk.
