The hotel is clean, we booked a triple room, the room was quite spacious, around the hotel there are many places to eat and a food court, the staff can speak English and Malay, the service is friendly, the AC in our room was not cold at first and we were immediately replaced with another room, thank you for the service.

Good hotel with good vibes for a holiday trip with my family, the hotel room is spacious, clean, and worth it to buy. Near famous street food too.

It's not a new hotel, but it's quite comfortable, with friendly staff, a strategic location, and plenty of food vendors nearby. There's a slight quirk: requesting an extra blanket costs 10 Ringgit and you can get it yourself at the front desk.

Great location! There are some famous food places around and pretty reachable from the bustling areas. Wi-Fi is quite spotty and the hairdryer didn't work. Pretty clean and very spacious room. Not luxurious, just meeting the basic.

There's not enough water refill stations. There's only one on the lobby floor. It would be better if there were one on every floor. The good ones should be maintained.

The staff are friendly and kind. The room is not cramped. The hot water is very good, unlike other hotels where you sometimes have to wait a long time and the hot water setting is a bit difficult. Because the room I stayed in faced the back where all the outdoor AC units are installed, sometimes when the AC compressor was running, the vibrations of the outdoor AC unit would hit the metal mesh underneath and make noise while sleeping at night, and also the refrigerator in the room made noise. The hotel is close to restaurants, a pharmacy, a mix store, 7E, a bakery, etc. Overall, my stay was 4/5. Recommended.
