Never disappointed for a second when I come here. From start to finish.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. The food was varied, and the hotel grounds smelled nice. The distance to the city is quite far. It's difficult to find food outside the hotel area, except at the mall.

Friendly hotel staff at check-in and check-out. I really enjoyed staying here because the hotel is integrated with a mall. It's perfect for a family vacation, especially with kids. Highly recommended!

Clean hotel, nice rooms, and direct mall access... overall, it was pleasant, but unfortunately, there's no dedicated parking for hotel guests, which made parking difficult during mall hours, and there was a slight miscommunication between reception and room service. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was my kid’s birthday that day, the FO staffs surprised us by bringing a cake and singing happy birthday while we were at the pool. We always stay here for our staycation.

Staying at the Radisson was very comfortable, close to MBK Mall, making it easy to find everything you need. Furthermore, the facilities were excellent, and the service was excellent.

The hotel is great because it's directly connected to the mall, so you don't have to worry about buying food or drinks. The swimming pool is also clean and spacious.

The receptionist and security staff were very friendly and responsive, as my son forgot his phone during check-in. Finding food is also easy, as it's right next to the mall.
