I encountered a discrepancy between the pricing in the Traveloka application and the actual room provided by the hotel. Although I selected an air-conditioned room on the application, the hotel informed me that it was a non-air-conditioned room. As a result, I had to pay additional funds to secure the same amenities advertised on Traveloka. This experience has been quite disappointing and frustrating.

Saya tidak checklist request lantai atas dengan harapan tidak diberi di lantai atas, tapi diberi lantai 3 dimana tidak ada lift. Mungkin bisa dipastikan lagi aja dapetnya lantai berapa.

The hotel is quite well maintained and clean with a location on the side of a large and busy road. The rooms facing the main road are very noisy, disrupting the quality of rest: the other rooms are okay (I stayed in 2 rooms with connecting doors). In the morning I found my dirty car, when I checked in that evening it was sparkling clean, thank you, good service.
